Worrying is a waste of my time. So is being afraid or upset, and all of that. Even when I’ve dealt with the things that upset me, I still feel upset and suffer for no reason. So what do I do?

I use my imagination! If I can truly tell myself that I’m genuinely dealing with things, then I can happily fill my brain with fiction, and there’s no room for all that nasty worry!
